Stop Smoking - Since seeing Lin all has been going well at this end.  I had a little relapse and had a cig but that has been my one and only.  I beat myself up about it as well afterwards as I couldn’t believe that I had let myself down after a week of not being interested or feeling the temptation/craving.  I subsequently found out that my dad's partner and my uncle had also seen Lin regarding migraines and are now thankfully another two of Lin's success stories.'
 
Stop Smoking - I feel that Lin has given me the tools to be able to conquer my habit.  The session left me with confidence in myself and perhaps more surprisingly, a real sense of optimism.  As I write it has only been 4 days since I had a cigarette but nevertheless 4 days was completely unimaginable 5 days ago!  I havent yet been offered a cigarette but in a way I am looking forward to being able to say "no thanks, I dont smoke".'

Weight - 'I have been on a diet of one type or another for most of my adult life.  I must have joined every slimming club in the area (some of them more than once) and to start with I would feel really enthusiastic and even managed to lose some weight but then something would happen and I would go on a binge, and then felt I couldn't go back to that particular class, so would give up completely and gain all the weight back, plus a bit more!   I would then join another slimming club and so the cycle continued. I saw an advert for hypnotherapy in the local paper and thought I would try it.  Lin explained that hypnotherapy for weight was not at all about dieting, it was about the emotional relationship with food. Since having the hypnotherapy I have noticed subtle changes in my eating habits and feel so much more in control.  I am able to eat virtually whatever I want to, but its in moderation - I seem to think differently these days about food and I am not constantly wondering about what I am going to have for the next meal.  The temptations are still there but its how I react to them which is so different. I feel so much more confident, I am eating more healthily and am gradually losing weight.  I have even started to exercise!
 
Weight - 'Since seeing Lin two weeks ago my inner voice and willpower have been particularly single minded and concentrated on eating heathily.  I have lost weight but not a vast amount as the emphasis has been on changing my habits rather than depriving myself of food.  I am making much better food choices and have attended a party where I was so careful and only had 1 dessert!  I was much more open to accepting your help than I would have been in the past and because of this it has been a success.  There was nothing for me to worry about.  Lin's voice is very soothing and everything she said was for my wellbeing.'
 
Weight - 'My husband and I have now been listening alternatively to our individual therapy sessions (on alternative nights) in bed as we fell asleep and they are continuing to work very well for us.  No snacking for either of us, and the day after we listened to John's recording I swam 60 lengths of the pool instead of my usual 40!'
 
Weight - 'All is going well since having the Hypnotic Gastric Band Therapy. I felt great following the session and still do.  I started eating a little bit and just stopped when I felt full.  I have quite a bit of weight that I need to lose but have made a great start as within a week of the therapy I lost 14lbs which is fabulous.  Thank you so much.'
