CHESTERFIELD HYPNOSIS - HYPNOTHERAPY ESPECIALLY FOR YOU

STOP SMOKING - If you really want to stop smoking the one session of hypnotherapy could be all you need, so read on........

You already know how your life will improve when you quit the habit of smoking:

  • you will live longer
  • enjoy far better health
    breathe more easily
  • more energy
  • improved sense of taste and smell
  • skin will look and feel fresher, healthier and younger

No longer will you suffer the restrictions which are imposed on smokers.  Altogether you will enjoy greater freedom.  All of these benefits could be yours in a single session of clinical hypnotherapy.

Comparative research studies of hypnotherapy has shown that on average smokers are over 5 times more likely to break the habit with hypnotherapy than by willpower alone.

GIVING UP SMOKING

The pictures below are of lungs:
- on the left are healthy lungs
- on the right diseased lungs.

These pictures show gangrene caused by poor circulation.

Having worked with many clients who wish to give up the
smoking habit, I do understand and appreciate how difficult
it can be to break the habit.  However, over a period of many
years hypnotherapy has been found to be a most effective way
of assisting people to stop smoking. I use the one session
'Easy Quit Smoking Programme' which was awarded the Hypnotherapy Society's award for clinical excellence.

There are many reasons why you should give up smoking.  An
important one is because YOU want to!   When making changes
in your life, for it to be successful, you must be making the
changes for you, not because someone associated with you, be
it a wife, husband, partner, or children tell you you must.

The picture below shows an amputee smoking subsequently to
having all four limbs removed.  A so-called 'friend' made a
device from a coathanger, to enable him to continue smoking
- some friend!

There are Government statistics to back up the many
reasons for stopping smoking, but I won't bore you with
those.  However, I would like to bring to your attention
the following information, which I hope you will find
interesting and informative - please click on the links below:

CONSTITUENTS OF TOBACCO SMOKE

Nicotine is the most widely known chemical in tobacco smoke,
but many people are amazed to discover that there are well
over 4,000 other chemicals produced when tobacco burns.
Most of these have incomprehensible names and are really
only known to scientists and chemical analysts.  Listed
below, though, are some of the more well known ones.

CADMIUM CARBON MONOXIDE CARBON DIOXIDE
AMMONIA PROPANE METHANE
METHANOL NICKEL COMPOUNDS BENZENE
ISOPRENE HYDROGEN SULPHIDE ACREOLIN
ACETONE HYDROCYANIC ACID HYDROGEN CYANIDE
CRESOL METHYL NITRATE NITROGEN OXIDE
DDT PYRIDINE TAR
FORMALDEHYDE BUTADIONE NICOTINE

In addition to these chemicals, given off purely as a result
of the tobacco leaf burning, there are various additional
unwholesome substances that may be present as a result
of the plantation environment and the conditions in which
the harvested leaf is stored and shipped......I will leave this
to your imaginations
